From the original bright red checkered floor to the newly painted mural on one of the outside brick walls, Propst has as much personality as the customers who have been coming since they opened the doors in the early 1960′s. Bill Propst Sr., the original owner, opened Propst Discount Drugs around 1963. Propst continues to be one of the most prestigious independent drugstores in the state of Alabama. 

Between Propst Discount Drugs and Propst Home Health Care (now located inside of Propst Discount Drugs) you will find the most complete health care services including pharmacy, retail and supplies in all of Huntsville.
